Having owned and managed properties for over the last 12 years and maintaining Airbnb Super-Host Status, I started this company with a vision of service and expectations that I, myself, desired as if each property that I manage is my own. First and foremost we maintain all of our properties to the highest standard. Maintaining a property is more than just changing the sheets and mopping the floors. We carefully go through every apartment even before we start renting it and after every guest. Only by maintaining properties to a high standard can we demand a price that maximizes returns and be sure we have satisfied guests. Unfortunately many management companies focus only on renting the property, while we focus on maintaining the property, renting the property, and customer service. Every owner wants their property to increase in value over time.

Everyday, Center City Flats is expanding our pool of repeat guests due to their satisfaction of the property they rented and the extra attention that they receive. Our goal is to provide all of our guests a service that offers both comfort and confidence by maintaining communication and support as well as providing supplementary services to compliment their time while staying at our properties. Property owners can trust Center City Flats to provide the highest level of professional service to maximize their profits.
For Property Owners, we offer two tailored service options:
1. Property Listing Only: Center City Flats will list your property on major platforms like Airbnb, Expedia, VRBO, Booking.com, and our own personal website. With this option, the owner will personally manage their property while we handle the listing and engage with potential guests. The owner will meet the guests and handle their property themselves. Our fee is a simple 5% on top of your preferred listing price.
2. Full-Service Property Management: From listing to property maintenance, guest check-in and check-out, assisting with payments for utilities, HOA fees, and taxes, we've got it all covered. Center City Flats will charge 13% for monthly rentals and 15% for daily rentals. Sit back, relax, and let us take care of the details, so you can enjoy your earnings stress-free.
